On the sign-in screen tap “Forgot password?”, enter your registered email and follow the three steps.
Verification code never arrived?
The code comes by email and sometimes lands in Promotions or Spam. Wait the full 60 seconds, then tap resend; if it still does not arrive, write to us with your email address.
Can I start on the phone and continue on a computer?
Yes. The same account works in the app and on eduzy.vn, and progress syncs, so any device picks up where you left off.
Found an inappropriate comment in a discussion?
Tap the “…” button on that post, then choose Report content, or Block this person. Reports are reviewed and acted on within 24 hours.
Where do I delete my account?
Right inside the app: Me tab → Settings → Delete account. Confirming removes the account and its learning data immediately, with no need to contact anyone.
