1. Introduction

Eduzy respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how we protect it, and what rights you have over your data when using the Eduzy online learning platform.

2. Information we collect

• Account information: full name, email address, phone number (if provided) when you sign up.
• Sign-in with Google or Facebook: we only receive your name, email address and public profile picture to create or sign in to your Eduzy account. We do NOT post anything to your profile and do not access your friends list.
• Learning data: lesson progress, exercise scores, practice/arena results, and earned certificates.
• Technical data: session cookies, device identifier, IP address and browser type — used to secure your account (for example OTP verification when signing in on a new device).
• Payment information: when you purchase a course, the transaction is processed by our payment gateway partner (SePay). Eduzy does NOT store your card number or bank account details.

3. How we use information

• Create and manage accounts, authenticate sign-ins, and protect your account.
• Deliver course content, record progress, and issue certificates.
• Process orders, send payment confirmation emails and learning-related notifications.
• Provide technical support and learner care when you contact us.
• Improve the platform based on aggregated, non-identifying usage statistics.

4. Information sharing

We do NOT sell or rent your personal data. Information is shared only: (a) with infrastructure service providers needed to operate the platform (payment gateway, email delivery) within the necessary scope; (b) when required by law by competent state authorities.

5. Storage and security

• All connections to Eduzy are encrypted with HTTPS/SSL.
• Passwords are hashed before storage — Eduzy staff cannot read your password.
• Signing in on an unfamiliar device requires additional verification via an OTP code sent by email.
• Data is stored on servers located in access-controlled data centers.

6. Your rights

You can view and update your personal information at any time on your profile page; request a copy of your data; withdraw consent; or request deletion of your account and data as described in section 7.

7. Account and data deletion

To request deletion of your account and all related personal data (including data received from Google/Facebook sign-in), do one of the following:

1. Send an email to support@eduzy.ai from your registered email address with the subject "Account deletion request".
2. Or contact our support team directly within the platform.

Requests are processed within 7 business days. Once deleted, data cannot be recovered; certain transaction records may be retained for the period required by accounting law.

8. Cookies

Eduzy uses essential cookies to keep you signed in, remember your display language and recognize trusted devices. You can clear cookies in your browser settings; you will then need to sign in again.

9. Children

Users under 16 must have the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian when using Eduzy. If a child's account is found to have been created without such consent, we will delete it at the guardian's request.

10. Policy changes

When this policy is updated, we will post the new version on this page with the update date. Important changes will be announced via email or in-platform notification.
